We are committed to effectively monitoring our social impact.

Our ‘Theory of Change‘ frames our evaluation and is to be refined as we develop. We evaluate numerical data from our production and training to measure our outputs.

We also closely monitor our volunteer input (hours and activities) as a measure of our outcome ‘to involve and promote community integration’. On ‘softer’ measures, where integrated with our activity:

We have a quantitative/qualitative data capture framework encompassing learners’ statistics, progress and reoffending statistics alongside self evaluation (constructed with a psychologist) for ‘softer’ outcomes.

We also collect data for evaluation through the Ministry of Justice Data Lab to assess our impact on reducing reoffending.
